DESCRIPTION

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Plan, develop and implement strategic internet media/marketing projects and strategies from pre-launch through execution and delivery to optimize/improve online user experience, drive sales and increase marketing effectiveness. Conduct sophisticated quantitative, qualitative, business and strategic analysis that drive the execution of business development and marketing strategies, plans and projects involving digital content products throughout the development lifecycle, from strategic definition to end-of-life planning for Online display advertising programs. Perform quantitative and qualitative market research and analyze business requirements and user behavior to create innovative advertising programs that leverages sophisticated marketing technologies such as demand-side platforms, advanced behavioral targeting and dynamic creative generation. Define and implement marketing initiatives and programs to meet business needs and financial goals, and develop product roadmaps. Partner with technology teams to create and deliver against aggressive roadmaps. Develop, analyze, and refine attribution models for customer acquisition campaigns. Define success criteria, design structured and often sophisticated campaign tests, and analyze test and ongoing campaign results. Develop and manage campaigns across a variety of technology platforms, inventory sources, and ad formats, leveraging both internal and external opportunities. Partner across finance, technology, and creative teams to plan, test, optimize, and grow display campaigns. Work closely with sales and account management to make data-driven decisions around media planning and strategy. Responsible for relationship with our clients’ analytics and insights teams to jointly drive test plans, research and innovation. Identify repeatable solutions that can be built to scale to serve more advertisers. Act as a liaison to product teams to help productize these solutions. Advocate and educate clients and internal teams on Amazon’s ad platform products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related quantitative field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Market Research Analyst, Campaign Manager or related occupation.

ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related quantitative field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Market Research Analyst, Campaign Manager or related occupation.
