About the role

The digital design team helps transform our customer and employee
digital experiences to embody human centered design.  As the Associate
Director of Design Standards, you apply your mastery of modern design.  .  You will be overseeing a
team responsible for providing high level strategy and implementation of the
standards strategy.  You will have the unique opportunity to curate,
educate, optimize and govern CX, UX, creative standards and design tools across
the organization.  We are looking for someone who can make the vision
become a reality and that can lead a team of highly skilled individuals.

    prioritize new work efforts

    broad customer experience and product requirements make it come to life
    for every customer and employee touchpoint across the website, app and employee
    tools
  • Work
    with key stakeholders, Product Manager, Product Owners & Software
    Architects to drive design solutions

Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years interactive UX/UI/CX/Graphic design
      experience
    • BS/BA degree in design, HCI or relevant industry
      experience
    • Master’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic
      Design, or equivalent preferred
    • 3+ years of building, leading and managing high
      performing design teams
    • Experience in broad set of platforms including web,
      desktop and mobile
    • Experience making data informed decisions in an agile
      environment
