Role Summary:

The ATC Lean Manufacturing Leader will identify and drive sustainable process changes to optimize business outcomes; process rigor and demonstrated execution, using lean principles and initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Complete a thorough assessment of the ATC, focused on Lean manufacturing principles
  • Drive a comprehensive Lean strategy for the ATC, with targeted focus on top areas of constraint
  • Build robust Lean development strategy to increase the overall capability of the ATC in the area of Lean Manufacturing
  • Coach and develop a team of lean focals within the shop
  • Drive culture evolution and employee engagement strategies which aligns to Lean principles
  • Connect broadly across the Additive IPT matrix to engage the ATC at all levels to generate and implement potential solutions
  • Leverage a continuous learning mindset by seeking best practices from the external and internal communities

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in projects and initiatives / lean processes

  • Aptitude to understand complex manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work in technical environment
  • Strong foundation in operations and/or engineering domains
  • Ability to identify and drive sustainable process changes to optimize business outcomes
  • Process rigor and demonstrated execution
  • Demonstrated leadership in a Lean environment across variety of manufacturing environments
  • Additional practical experience in Six Sigma and/or Digital environment
  • Change leadership demonstrated via these skillsets
