The Brand Designer will work closely with the design and marketing team members. They will be responsible for developing design concepts in a variety of platforms while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

They will be extremely creative, innovative and productive and have the functional and technical expertise to execute the work at a high-level. The manager will collaborate on projects with cross-functional team members and create best in class design solutions that are on brief and on brand.

The Manager of Design will report to the Associate Vice President of Global Brand Design. The role will be located in the company’s headquarters in Dallas, TX.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure all design is visually appealing and on-brand
  • Meet tight deadlines and stay within budget
  • Create and build design guidelines
  • Re-touch and edit photography
  • Assist with photoshoots
  • Create powerpoint presentations
  • Create simple spot illustrations and iconography based upon an established brand guidelines
  • Partner with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators and agency partners
  • Editing and enhancing digital files
 
Profile

The Brand Designer will have 5+ years of experience in a design, advertising or marketing agency. They will possess strong strategic and problem solving skills with a critical eye to detail. They will have excellent communication and presentation skills and will work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.  They will have a good understanding of the production processes for digital and print media that ensure flawless transfer of design content to design execution.  They will be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, After Effects, Fireworks, Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office and PowerPoint and have a deep understanding of the production process for both digital and print media. They will be able to work in a MAC and PC environment.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in graphic design.
