Job Description

 BHRP will drive the execution of all components of the employee lifecycle from goal setting, performance
management, merit and bonus planning, promotions and internal movements to exits, with a constant focus on building a high-performing culture of growth and development through effective leadership,
communication and feedback
 Work with cross functional Centers of Excellence to facilitate end to end HR needs for the business
pertaining to Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations,
Staffing, Succession Planning, Organization Structure and Skills Assessments
 Advise leaders on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high
potential employees (including growth and development plans, top talent programs, organizational
change, design and employee communications)
 Develop HR Strategy and tactical programs in alignment with the long range and annual priorities of the
business. Design and implement rewards, career paths and recognition across the organization.
 Design policies and processes that enable a transparent, fair and collaborative culture throughout the
organization
 Implement strategies to engage with the employee base across locations and help make the organization
a preferred place to work.
 Work with business heads to design and implement a relevant training calendar using internal, external
and online resources to ensure that operations teams receive relevant, timely training.
 Communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations to ensure adherence to HR policies
and processes.
 Manage the engagement surveys and action planning to address employee feedback, in partnership with
the leadership team
 Lead the design and development of the Diversity and Inclusion agenda.

Qualifications

 Education: Full-Time MBA in Human Resources
 Overall experience: 10+ years post qualification
 Essential experience: Work experience as an HR Business Partner
 Desirable experience: A Stint in a specialist role like Recruitment, Employee Engagement and L&OD.
