Job Description

Working with teams from Melbourne to San Francisco you will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across our heavily matrixed environment as we look to continually improve our speed to market, predictability and quality.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders in GBS and our internal customers to define and implement demand, supply and the engagement process for Technology Delivery Center and Content Services Center.

  • Maintain the demand pipeline to ensure data capture is accurate and comprehensive
  • Liaise with supply organisations to ensure that requirements are understood
  • Maintain accurate record of resource on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Provide management reporting on staffing

    Review monthly reports from Cognizant for accuracy, identify material deficiencies in reporting.

    Provide support to TDC and CSC Operations such as supporting invoicing process, BCP processes, work order process, PO process, etc.

    Monitor the portfolio to pro-actively identify risk and issues requiring mitigation

    Monitor the portfolio to identify best practices that can be more widely adopted.

Work with teams to monitor process compliance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Experience working in a large content delivery organisation (2000 people), with a global delivery footprint and large scale use of third parties.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, able to engage at the practitioner, manager and executive level.

    Ability to take the initiative, think creatively and develop innovative approaches and solutions.

    Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with delivery teams, project and portfolio managers , functional leads and executives

  • Experience of working in a large programme
  • Experience working in a global team
  • Experience working with large IT Service Providers
