About this role

You’ll spend most of your time in London working on a 12 month contract with the option for renewal.

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic sourcing initiatives and the management of operational procurement (P2P) and supplier performance.

Day to day, you will advise the Contract Holders on C&P issues and provide strategies and solutions in order to manage risk, exploit commercial opportunities and maximise value for money.

Pre-tender and tender documents need to be developed and contract amendments need to be made prior to approval, and you will be in charge of this.

Projects like these are huge, but you won’t be alone.

You’ll work closely with the Contract Holders to develop and implement category strategies and manage Contract Performance and Supplier Relationships.

About you

You’ll be boosted by over 5 years of experience working as a Contracts Advisor on similar projects, preferably for a global oil and gas operator or EPC.

Degree wise there is some flexibility, but you’ll likely hold a degree in Project Management or an Engineering related field.

To assist you with your procurement and contract activities, you will be skilled in using SAP software.

As the job location is in London, you will need to be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
