Role Summary:
Engineering associated with the manufacturing process.
Ramp up Implementation of New Moulds.
Mould Maintenance Coordinator, basically surface treatment.
New Technologies implementation.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership of implementations.
- Define and control timeline of projects.
- Experience with WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
- Validate design specifications., lay out and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
- Includes Manufacturing Engineers.
- Plans routine activities for the projects.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing).
- English fluently.
- Graduation preferably in Engineering ( Mechanical, Electrical or similar related to dedicated engineering) or large experience in project management.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong project management including multi functional employees and teams dedicated to the projects.
- Capacity to understand in a practical way the production process including tooling and equipment.
- Post graduate in project management.
