Minimum qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  •  9 years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • CPA, CFA, MBA or relevant advanced degree.
  • Track record of successful performance in prior role(s), with increasing levels of responsibility. Track record of successfully managing and influencing complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results while building long-term relationships across organizational boundaries with all levels of seniority.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality projects and and work well in ambiguity and change.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity: a passion for understanding and explaining.
  • Excellent attention to detail, leadership, and people skills.

Within YouTube Global Scaled Operations (GSO) you will contribute strategic leadership and experience modeling agreements for extended or outsourced workforces, working across Operational Expenditure, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), People Management, P&L, and outsourced agreements to help us build new functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end P2P workflows, leveraging best practices and subject-matter expertise to ensure smooth operations along the entire pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in process design and execution, and lead project activities to deliver exceptional value to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Purchasing, Finance, and Business Systems teams, as well as vendors and external partners, to drive ad-hoc issues to resolution.
  • Design and build key controls to oversee P2P. Partner with YouTube Finance and Google teams as needed to ensure policy compliance. Review month-end postings with Accounting teams to ensure the accuracy of information contributing to financial statements.
  • Analyze PO, invoice, expense report, payment, and vendor data to provide program insights including trends, opportunities, and/or abuses. Plan and execute efforts to deliver value from those insights.
