DEV OPS SPECIALIST

Boeing Phantom Works is seeking a candidate with DevOps and SysAdmin expertise to work on exciting projects in Australia. The position of Senior Engineer – DevOps based in Brisbane will work with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers spanning Service Delivery, Security and Dev Ops.

This role will work collaboratively with the wider Phantom Works team to streamline operations via automation of development, Quality Assurance (QA) and deployment infrastructure, and to ensure security and reliability of our operational environments.

Responsibilities will include:

• Creation, deployment and support of an automated continuous integration pipeline
• Creation, deployment and support of software development, testing, staging and production environments
• Experience in the full environment from servers, networks, databases, infrastructure, tools and development platforms
• Proven experience in build design, automation and assurance in software development teams

To be successful you will have:

• Strong Windows and Linux systems administration and network management skills
• Strong experience building and scaling continuous integration, delivery and deployment infrastructure (Git, JIRA, Bamboo, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Vagrant, Docker)
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent Bachelors level qualifications
• Cyber security experience is highly desired
