The Digital Marketing Strategist will be a member of the demand creation team and be responsible for developing cross-channel programs and campaigns that support the global demand generation and nurturing needs of Lexmark. These programs should have focused audiences including named accounts, channel partner, and customer. The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for identifying existing content to utilize as well as working with the creative services team to create new, fresh content to fit program needs. They will need to advocate for expanded use of digital tactics and educate business stakeholders on the benefits of doing so. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of international spam and privacy compliance laws such as CASL, GDPR, and CCPA, and be ready with ideas and techniques to successfully reach those highly regulated regions. Programs and campaigns should include strategy that incorporates inbound and outbound marketing tactics including email, paid and organic search, paid and organic social, account-based marketing, display advertising, website, direct mail, tele prospecting, as well as new and emerging technology that further the digital goals of Lexmark.

Required skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the marketing channels listed
  • Ability to design multifaceted marketing programs and coordinate appropriate resources to execute said programs
  • Adept at developing and maintaining a campaign calendar to share and keep the business apprised of our demand generation roadmap, as well as flawless program design documents for various audiences, from team resources through executive leadership
  • Global mindset to localize global marketing campaigns, customized for the needs of the region. This may require meetings and availability outside traditional business hours, as needed.
  • Ability to create concise and powerful reporting dashboards that highlight wins and identify opportunities for improvement
