Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare US federal tax filings (Form 1120, 1065, and consolidation schedules)
  • Research, analyze, and document tax positions taken on tax returns
  • Prepare corporate Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts
  • Prepare tax provision workpapers in connection with quarterly and annual financial reporting responsibilities
  • Prepare tax forecast workpapers associated with our annual management forecasting process
  • Assist with the preparation of responses to various tax audits
  • Research US tax implications of proposed and future transactions
  • Assist in the tax department’s collaborative efforts with the treasury department
  • Assist in tax aspects of M&A activity
  • Support all tax areas as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly effective working knowledge of Excel, Word, and standard on-line research tools
  • Ambitious and well-rounded business person
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • MS in Accounting/Taxation or CPA preferred
