Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to two Honeywell executives in Human Resources and Communications. You will work closely with business group leaders, and enjoy frequent interaction with internal employees and external customers. You’ll contribute to a team of highly committed professionals by demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth global travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes. Additional responsibilities include T&E filing, visitor management, employee award program support, and regular phone and email support.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 + years of experience providing administrative support to senior-level leaders to include calendar management, global travel coordination, and T&E filing.
  • 5 + years of proficient experience with Microsoft OfficeSuite
  • High School Diploma
