EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES (ON FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

Job Summary

An Executive, Human Resources will support Human Resource related activities including Recruitment, Payrolls, Compliance management, performance management, compensation and benefits, Record management and employee relations initiatives.

What will I be doing?

As Executive, Human Resources, you are responsible for all Human Resources Team Member related activities. These activities include recruitment, learning and development and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety and other team-based activities. Specifically, a Human Resources Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Initiate recruitment activities using Taleo, the Company’s talent management system.
  • Oversee function of the data management system to include, but not limited to, entry of team member data, recording employment transitions (i.e. hire, separation, leaves of absence, etc.), generating reports (i.e. payroll analysis, labour turnover, etc.) and processing unemployment claims.
  • Manage all Human Resource administration and onboarding activities.
  • Act as TMX (Team Member Experience) platform administrator for the India Region.
  • Coordinate and follow up with hotels for weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports for area office.
  • Coordinating with third party vendors for Payroll, Insurance & Compliance related activities.
  • Maintains detailed filing system for department.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Team Member issues, advising the Human Resources Manager as appropriate.
  • Keep current with employment law and human resources policies.
  • Work closely with Manager, HR- India on day-to-day basis assignments and prepare special reports or projects, as requested.
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Director HR- India such on his/her Travel & accommodation arrangements, monthly expense claim and other day-to-day basis assignments.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with other department, employees, and guests.

  • Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree, in Training or Human Resources
  • Possess initiative and willing to take on extra responsibilities when required
  • Knowledge of hospitality
