Role Summary:

Responsible for collecting & analyzing financial data to drive actions to improve metrics to the different business under CCS. Serving as a business partner for COE Finance team to improve productivity, freight cost control, inventory report accuracy and understand manufacturing variances.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business finance leader and staff to drive operating performance & act as champion for strategic initiatives within the organization
  • Deliver analysis of results and identifying & tracking key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions
  • Drive quarterly indirect ledger ties to work with FP&A to identify areas of leakage
  • Contribute to improving efficiencies and performance as well as providing quality financial information. Actively participate with Operations Management/Finance leaders to improve productivity.
  • Assist with management reporting main variances and metric to improve inventory accuracy, controls & correct valuation
  • Support during annual cost roll up for BUY and MAKE items
  • Intercompany transactions revision, including transfer prices and any billing made among GE companies

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of two years of financial work experience
  • Bilingual proficiency
  • Excel Skills

  • Understanding of financial compliance: SOX, GAAP
