Netflix is looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager who will lead our front desk operations and growing team of Receptionists. The Front Desk Manager will support the Workplace Manager in overseeing all day to day operations of multiple reception desks and supports team leadership, training, scheduling, enforcing guidelines, and ensuring our reception desk is providing the highest level of customer service to our guests and employees.

General Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for Reception operations and staffing
  • Lead reception staff to success by providing on-going support, training, advice and leadership on a daily basis
  • Manage the team work schedule as well as ensuring every shift is covered despite call outs, request offs, or sick time.
  • Create a welcoming and collaborative environment amongst the team and across multiple reception desks.
  • Ensure that all reception desks are fully operational and processes are running smoothly.
  • Ensure that all visitors and employees receive the highest level of customer service
  • Provide coverage for the front desk as needed
  • Assist the Workplace Team with special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years managing a team preferred
  • At least 10+ years as a Receptionist, C-level Executive Assistant or similar experience
  • Experience in the entertainment industry strongly preferred
  • Must be a team player, flexible, and professional
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive
  • Experience with Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) is preferred
  • Have a clear understanding of the Netflix Culture
