Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of people management experience leading, mentoring, and growing a team of people managers.
  • Experience in the talent acquisition industry, including passive recruiting and sourcing.
  • Experience in research, talent mapping, sourcing, market analysis, and tools to identify and land passive talent.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 15 years of staffing experience in research, sourcing, and/or recruiting.
  • Experience with outsourcing and/or offshoring operations.
  • Experience achieving lofty goals in an innovative environment, with the ability to turn ambiguous challenges into clear and concise solutions.
  • Proven track record of building and coaching high performing recruiting and/or sourcing teams.
  • Knowledge of student/campus recruiting.
  • Partnership building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire followership.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a robust team responsible for generating highly qualified and targeted candidate pipelines for Google’s current and future needs.
  • Lead a diverse and talented cohort of strategic research, sourcing, and recruiting teams with care about brand, reputation, and culture as your organization shapes the industry’s perception of Google.
  • Improve the identification, outreach, and sourcing systems responsible for producing an immense number of highly qualified candidates while ensuring a marvelous experience for candidates and partners.
  • Advocate Google’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and continue to grow our company while making Google a more diverse, inclusive, and unique workplace.
  • Lead and communicate powerfully. Have open, intelligent, and thoughtful dialogue with internal partners.
