Facebook is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our AR/VR teams. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as the organization grows and scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the HR Business Partner supporting specific teams within Facebook, providing hands-on team support and leveraging broader org resources
  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
  • Proactively assess team and employee and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth
  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors
  • Partner closely with regional/international HR partners on global strategy and execution
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
  • Manage the overall Performance Summary Cycle process and employee engagement survey throughout the year
  • Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, overseeing and participating in employee relations issues as needed
  • Attend, and potentially facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed
  • Participate as an integral member of extended HRBP community
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years experience in HR
  • Demonstrated project management/change management experience
  • Communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience helping global organizations scale
  • Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment
  • Experience working in a tech, product focused organization
