Facebook is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Operations organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative Facebook culture as the organization grows and scales. This is a full-time role located in our Mountain View office.
Facebook gives people the power to build community on our platforms, Global Operations needs to make sure they have the best and most secure experiences possible. Facebook’s Global Operations team helps do this by understanding the cultural, social and business expectations of Facebook’s communities around the world and shaping products and tools to meet their needs and they need an HR Business Partner to join the team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the HR partner for members of the operations organization leadership team to assist with HR, people, and team support
  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
  • Proactively assess team and employee and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions for a scaling business
  • Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors
  • Partners closely with regional/international HR partners on global issues
  • Oversees employee relations issues as needed, drives to conclusion
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
  • Manage appropriate pieces of the overall Performance Summary Cycle process and employee engagement survey throughout the year
  • Manage and facilitate organizational design, pulse action planning, visioning, and team building that support change and growth
  • Attend, and potentially facilitate, team and offsite meetings as needed
  • Participate in reoccurring team meetings and 1:1 as necessary
  • Help Global Organization scale
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of business experience
  • 8+ years of HR experience
  • 3+ years experience as an HR Business Partner
  • 3+ years experience with coaching at the manager level, focus on performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience and experience driving programs independently
  • Experience cross partnering on global issues with International HR partners
  • Demonstrated analytical and data management experience with experience translating data into action planning
  • Interpersonal and communication experience and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Experience working in technology, internet business or media/advertising
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree in HR or equivalent experience
