We have an amazing opportunity for a Human Resources graduate searching for a promising career in HR. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to experience different geographies and businesses within Honeywell in dynamic HR generalist and specialist capacity as well as participating in different HR Projects. You will be following the Honeywell Pathways career program completing a range of 18 month placements across our organisation.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll be responsible for end to end management of selected projects where you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution, from inception through to delivery.
- You will regularly monitor, review and report the progress of HR projects and assignments on all key metrics to ensure we are on track to meet delivery & quality objectives.
- You will ensure that the all project documentation is produced, maintained, and shared amongst everyone connected to the projects.
- You will identify potential risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions to relevant leadership
- You will analyse best practices and gaps and share recommendations for future initiatives.

We’re looking for?
- Bachelor or Master degree – HR Discipline preferred
- Strong conflict management and influencing skills
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Ability to travel and relocate for assignments if needed.
