Job Description

Purpose
·        The role covers the overseeing of the daily logistics admin execution tasks necessary in clearing cargo from overseas
·        To manage import/export of base oil, additives, bulk and packed lubricants / grease (and certain equipment’s if necessary) to warehouse according to S&OP forecast and related production / deployment plan from Customs and CCA perspective;
·        Work with cross functions to make sure the Customs clearance process is compliance and smoothly; Management of 3rd party provider
·        CCA performance management from LSC Logistics perspective;
·        Engage in customers OTIF and process improvement activities from Customs/CCA perspective;
 
Key Activities
1. Manage CCA operation to meet Shell global HSSE/SMBR standard.
2. Responsible for monitoring accuracy and efficiency of clearance process through agents management, internal process coordination, external relationship maintenance, and support urgent clearance cases;
3. Manage forwarder and CCA performance in compliance with Shell SGBP/HSSE/SMBR request, meet the service requirement in contract and drive for continuous improvement, coordination the regular CCA KPI review from LOBP perspective and actions follow up, support on the regional CCA BPR review.
4.Work with cross team to solve all supply related issues to meet customer needs within target service level from Customs/CCA perspective;
5. Demurrage/detention fee monitoring and root cause analysis, support on cross team for demurrage/detention fee control and optimize from Customs/CCA management perspective;
–        Demurrage/other dutiable fee regular Customs declaration;
–        Support on CCA qualify/contract renew process;
–        Verify CCA delivery cost according to contract/operation record and arrange for payment.
–        Verify detention cost according to contract/operation record and arrange for payment.
–        Ensure all CCA related invoices are accurate and paid in line with agreed lead times to CCA.
–        Process improvement Streamline/GSAP from CCA/Customs perspective “ OA setup, OA maintenance, SAP data cleansing, SAP data preparation etc.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree/university diploma or above, business/trading/logistics field is preferred.
·        4 years above of the customs experience (multinational corporations or Petro-chemical industry is preferred); experience with material planning, transportation and logistics is preferred;
·        Experience in Managing 3rd party logistic provider is preferred
·        Familiar with shipping and customs clearance requirement and process;
·        Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
·        Good communicate and stakeholder engagement skills;
·        Good team work spirit, interpersonal skills and proactive working attitude;
·        Key issue identify and problem solve skill;
·        Good writing skill;
·        Good analytical, data and documentation management skills;
·        Good skill on computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
·        Knowledge of DG cargo is a plus
