Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience querying, organizing, and deriving data to facilitate discussions. Experience with SQL and/or other reporting tools and techniques.
  • Experience in business process improvement, project management, and with process management systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Experience managing and delivering projects with multiple stakeholders across offices and time-zones.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP Certification, and/or IAOP Certified Outsourcing Professional.
  • Experience launching and implementing new tooling, systems, and other infrastructure-type projects.
  • Experience with outsourcing/offshoring business processes.
  • Experience bringing structure to ambiguous situations.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and classifiers, particularly around image/video/text detection.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team. Excellent leadership, organizational, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.

As an Incubation Program Manager, you will be a strategic leader with experience modeling agreements for extended or outsourced workforces, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and setting strategic objective and key results (OKRs) around outsourced agreements. In this role, you will help keep our platform safe and offer support to our users and partners worldwide. You will support with incubation and new product launches across YouTube business functions such as: Creators, Subscriptions, Social, and Music Content Operations, helping them define, improve, launch, and operationalize new products, workflows, channels, processes and innovations.

In this role, you will take initiative and help us build and scale our incubation capability. You will contribute a positive attitude and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills to innovate and work well in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional, and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

  • Be responsible and accountable for the operational performance of an incubation center. Manage and ensure the success of an incubation site with clear paths to exit/success criteria.
  • Manage workflow outsourcing requests from stakeholders and new workflow implementation activities. Help improve and scale the incubation program (i.e., intake process, prioritization, templates, onboarding/offboarding, etc.).
  • Launch and manage incubation projects (e.g., define success criteria, launch coordination, schedules, risks, stakeholder management, metrics reporting).
  • Lead data driven decision making to support incubation efforts, ensuring we are moving towards success/exit criteria.
