Description of the job

Are you looking for an internship? Would you like to discover the work in a Training Services area ? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us as an intern (d/m/f) at the Service Management Team (35 hours/week, flexi-time).

Location: Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel
Start: September – October 2019
Duration: 5 months

Continuous improvement and development of our training products is key for our success. Therefore you will support the maintenance and development of our seminars taking into account marketing requirements (What does the customer want to learn?), market trends and innovations (Which training methodologies support our training goal?) and products’s profitability (Will customers pay for the training?).

Digitalization and ways to implement new technologies during training lessons, is a key success factor. Based on deep research activities you analyses ways to use e.g. tablets or apps to foster training methodologies. Furthermore, you support the team establishing requirement documents to transfer existing lessons and case studies (currently in paper format) into new technology based learning solutions (eLearnings etc.). At last, you are one focal point for digital learning activity within the Training team. Next to the Training Team, you will be closely working together with Marketing/Communication and Digitalization/IT.

Required skills

You offer:
– Enrolled student within Media design/Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics or similar field of study
– First experience in development of training products welcome
– General interest in Aviation
– MS Office
– English: fluent

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
