Who we’re looking for
TMNA’s Office of the CIO (OCIO) is looking for a dynamic, high-performing team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to Sr. business leaders. The candidate must feel comfortable working within an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision. They also must be a highly collaborative, team-oriented self-starter that is comfortable leading cross-functional teams and driving effective participation across stakeholders. This individual needs to be detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
What you’ll be doing
Support assigned IS Groups and facilitate daily core and project operational activities including coordination of IT Management financial, governance and strategy operations within Information Systems.
  • Support monthly financial activities including synthesizing and analyzing monthly financial data, generating financial reports, and presenting variance explanations from budget and forecast.
  • Guide project leads and management through annual planning including: development and validation of core budget, initial project submission, cost estimation, impact analysis, and portfolio prioritization within the assigned Group functions.
  • Lead quarterly forecasting efforts for assigned groups, identifying and tracking risks and opportunities, and support IS’ overall strategies and financial plans.
  • Operational oversight and governance of assigned IT portfolios, tracking approved budget allocations, and support for portfolio rebalancing based on changing business needs.
  • Review and approve project funding requests and support presentation at Investment Council ensuring appropriate governance processes and procedures are being followed.
  • Manage and interface with both customers and internal stakeholders to provide direction, ensure understanding of business processes and policies, and help resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Vendor & Asset Management and support procurement processes ensuring correct coding on purchase orders.
  • Support special projects, operational reporting, and analysis as assigned.
Qualifications

 

What you bring  
  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Microsoft Excel proficient
  • Developing financial models
  • Providing strategic insights and conclusions based on in-depth analysis
  • Working and reviewing Business cases experience Business Case
  • Experience working with Procurement, contracts and Invoicing
  • Experience dealing with IS projects and financials
