Experience and Skills Required Strong Development Skills in Java (JDK 1.6 OR 1.7), good to have Java-8 Java 5 Features: Enums, Annotations, Generics, Auto boxing, Loops, Concurrent APIs etc. Strong in software development process, test driven development. Strong OO design skills if Experience more then 3 years implementation of design patterns. Experience with Data Structures and Algorithms is highly preferred knowledge of SQL query. good to have knowledge of function and procedure. Frameworks/ORM tools (Struts/ Springs/Hibernate /JPA etc) Presentation Layer (JSP/Servlet and javascripts with any javascript framework), Databases(Oracle/MySQL), Build and Release, Systems Integration, Agile, Estimations/Planning, OOPS Concepts, Client Management/Interaction.
