For Our EMEA VAT Reporting and Compliance Team we are looking for a new Tax Analyst. If you are passionate about Taxes – Join us! Our team consists of 35 plus employees, with different background but a similar passion for self-development in VAT field.

What will your role be?

As a Junior Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation and final review of VAT returns and related supporting documentation in compliance with local tax regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare VAT returns and related supporting documentation for HP entities in compliance with country tax regulations
• Ensure on-time and uninterrupted delivery of VAT returns to country tax leads
• Perform accounting activities in compliance with HP accounting policy
• Help of data delivery for tax inspections and statutory audits
• Develop ideas for process improvements
• Ensure the high-quality service is delivered by maintaining very good relationship with country tax leads, finance representatives and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• University degree (preferably in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Law)
• Min 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Fluency in English
• Very good working knowledge of Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP system is an asset
• Very good influencing and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive results under pressure of time
• Proactive mind-set with strong sense of responsibility
