This role will support the Manufacturing Channel Marketing team and lead events and communications supporting AT&T’s Global sellers and large accounts. The role will be responsible for marketing events and communication strategies, resources and initiatives targeting customers in the Manufacturing, Transportation, and Consumer Package Goods (CPG) sub-verticals. The lead channel manager will also be in charge of building and executing upon an integrated marketing plan to support out sales channel and help accelerate AT&T’s revenue growth. The role will work closely with Sales, Product/Offer Development, Marketing Communications and PR to effectively develop and roll out aspects of the channel marketing strategy. This position supports sales centers responsible for acquisition of new logos critical to YoY revenue growth. This position will also support any 2019 gap closure initiatives through Sales Play development and launches via CPE/Consulting/NI revenue streams. Other strategic initiatives include driving adoption and utilization of Sales Plays into new accounts moved into the segment in 2019, developing and refining Sales Plays focused on sub-verticals (i.e. Process and Discrete Manufacturing) and launching acquisition-focused campaigns leveraging the inside sellers (B2B program) targeted toward Acquire accounts.
Required Skills and Experience
·         8 to 10 years of relevant experience in area of responsibility
·         5 or more years of product marketing experience
·         Significant matrix management experience
·         Project management experience
·         Leadership skills to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
·         Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
·         Strong organizational and project management skills, able to plan, meet deadlines, prioritize projects and manage a cross-functional team.

Desired Skills, Experience and Education
·         8 or more years of Channel Management industry experience
