職務内容：
①プレミアムな消費者体験を目指し、グローバル及びジオグラフィーのプログラム導入／実施を促進するため、ヘッドコーチやアシスタント ヘッド コーチをサポートしビジネスを加速させる。
②スタッフの教育及び能力開発をサポートするため、日々の業務や短期ベースで注力する業務を計画する。プレミアムな社員体験の実現。
③円滑な店舗運営を遂行するため、一つのファンクション（販売、ヴィジュアルマーチャンダイジング、トレーニング、オペレーション、シッピングアンドレシービングなど）を責任者として管理する。
④Nike が定めるポリシーや規定を徹底し、優れたストアオペレーションを実行する。
⑤積極的に提案を行い、優れた戦略的計画の立案及び実行をする。
⑥本部の関係部署と協働して店舗およびスタッフの管理維持を行う。
応募条件：
①Nike ブランドへのパッションとプロダクトの知識があること
②リテールでの販売及びマネジメント経験（雇用形態不問）
③リテール及びアパレルの知識、流行やファッショントレンドに敏感であること
④周りを巻き込みリードしていくリーダーシップ能力とマネジメント能力があること
⑤問題解決能力があり、責任を持って意思決定ができること
⑥コミュニケーション能力が高く、周りとの関係構築をスムーズにできること
⑦英語スキルがあれば尚可（日常会話ができると好ましいが、ない場合も学ぶ意欲があれば可）
