Role Summary:

Manage a portfolio of offerings required by the regional market based on global product and or 3rd party additions to meet the outcomes of our customers. Responsible for creating strong working relationship with and influence senior level customers as well as internally across leadership, product management, engineering and other functional groups to execute EDS strategy of the region.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Cultivate market needs, identify customer requirements and translate them into offerings that can create a competitive edge to our solution, by introducing new ways of configuring our global product and/or by leveraging 3rd party solutions.
• Responsible for product line performance with targets on orders, revenue, cost & margin; identifying and influencing market trends and opportunities. Be a strong advocate for the product with customers, and a strong advocate for the customer with Product and Engineering teams
• Drive vision & strategy, roadmap and product lifecycle management process for the business unit and its portfolio of products & solutions.
• Engage with customers as trusted partner; Collect insights from them and nurture mutually beneficial solution roadmap-development discussions.
• Work cross functionally across engineering, marketing, sales, internal and external customers, user/ developer community to formulate and successfully execute the strategy. Partner with counterparts in the region to ensure consistency, sharing,
• Partner with external vendors to optimize balance between performance and pricing competitiveness, obtain preferable discounts, and additionally promote cross-selling opportunities.
• This role is responsible for a large products portfolio of solutions with typical revenue influence/ target in the range of $10-50M USD per year.
• Evangelize concepts beyond current offerings and consider business model innovation (such as product, service and delivery models).
• Collaborate with Marketing professionals to define and/or influence pricing strategy for product / services and ensure alignment across functions and organizations.
• Support Healthcare Digital business leaders and collaborate with other Healthcare Digital managers to ensure overall Digital strategy is communicated clearly across the company
• Ensure integrity and compliance throughout the business processes

Qualifications/Requirements:

• BA/BS or global equivalent, and minimum 7 years of successful product management or strategic planning leadership experience related to software solutions management; or 10 years of equivalent experiences
• Strong understanding of and capability to establish footprint in region’s healthcare ICT marketplace including clinical workflow, radiology-specific data flows and current trend in healthcare reform
• Knowledge with latest solution platform and healthcare IT trends, including but not limited to OS, HW, SW, Virtualization, Analytics, Network and articles such as cloud technologies
• Presentation and effective hearing skills with all levels of customers on topics ranging from hospital management to deep-dive workflow discussions; customers include CxO’s, department chiefs, physicians of all specialties, technologists and administrators
• Ability to articulate customer needs with sufficient support information, written and verbal.
• Commitment to quality standards and compliant culture
• Ability to lead, inspire and collaborate well with multi-faceted counterparts in a cross-matrix organization with emphases on growth, continuous improvement and disseminating best practices
• Have strong business acumen, strategy development skills, and accountability.
Willingness and ability to travel within region and globally on an as needed basis for customer meetings
• Ability to operate a PC and use Windows based software

• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
