Amazon Relay Operations Center is seeking a tech-savvy and creative coordinator with an Instructional Design and Operations and/or Logistics Program Management background. We are a fun, energetic group that thrives on challenging and innovative projects. In this job, you will never be bored.
Our team develops and maintains training programs and materials that support employees working with multiple tools across a variety of geographies in a multitude of logistics environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management
· Ensure that work is continually aligned to meet the global Amazon Logistics approach and with Amazon’s global learning policies
· Collaborate effectively with many teams, including Operations, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to support launches of new products and services, as well as supporting enhancements to existing products and services
· Act as a proactive and productive liaison/partner within Global Corporate Learning Departments
· Partner with SMEs that will provide accurate and relevant information on job tasks, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and job aids/visuals in order to build accurate role based learning plans and cross training materials
· To develop operational process expertise, this role requires functioning as a Relay Operations Center Specialist at times when training activities are not required. The amount of required training activities is determined and budgeted by the site leader.

Instructional Design
· Perform needs and task analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content development to meet the learning needs of Amazon associates in multiple global locations
· Design and develop creative, learner-centered, performance-based training programs, modules, and materials in multiple modalities including synchronous remote learning methodologies, blended classroom learning, interactive e-learning modules, videos, device learning labs, job aides, facilitator guides, and auxiliary practice, review, and resource materials
· Develop and manage work flow processes and publish content to LMS (Learning Management System)
· Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives from scope to evaluation in closed-loop process
· Develop valid training evaluation tools that evaluate behavioral and business impact
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities in relation to business goals
· Actively seek, clarify, and understand information from internal customers that leads to an understanding and ownership of performance and goals
· Educate project teams on Relay Operations Center processes and procedures to advocate for Frontline Associates’ interests during new initiative project planning
· Partner with business and technology teams to propose and advocate for effective associate-centered solutions designed to build associates’ comfort, confidence, and competence in operational processes and tools.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
· Advanced skills in Excel, Access and Outlook
· Experience in Learning Management, ideally within Distribution, Manufacturing / Production or a similar environment
· Comfortable in the delivery of training solutions, if necessary
· Strong cross-divisional collaboration skills
· Results-oriented; proactive attitude with a strong sense of conviction and ownership
· Meets time commitments and deadlines, or negotiates accordingly
· Flexibility to travel, if necessary (<10%)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience working in global organizations
· Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Development Cycle: Design, Delivery, and Evaluation
· Adult learning theory/course facilitation
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing theories and Kaizen
· Experience using a CMS and LMS to publish and host content
