We are currently going through some exciting times and are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice who would like to join our team to learn and develop with us over 2 year apprenticeship with the aim to progress into a career within the H&S team, for example, H&S Co-ordinator, Advisor, etc.

Our Apprenticeship Programme is a blend of different learning mechanisms. You will earn whilst you learn, undertaking a nationally recognised professional qualification as well as gaining job specific skills by working alongside experienced Fujitsu colleagues. In addition to this, we provide you with a pastoral programme to aid in your all round personal development over the course of your apprenticeship.

Throughout the first 12 months with us the apprentice will work towards successfully completing the modules of their Safety, Health and Environment Technician. They will have a good general understanding of the responsibility of the H&S team within the organisation. They will also have a good understanding of safety management and be able to liaise effectively with workers, third parties (customers, clients etc.) and respond to queries.

As skills and knowledge develop, the apprentice will be involved in wide range of activities undertaken by the health and Safety Team, ranging from offering H&S advices to the employees to hosting external audits and dealing with customers and clients in UK and outside.

Please note we are looking for the apprentice to start with us as soon as possible, so please bare this in mind when applying for this role.

All of our advanced apprentices are employed on a 2 year fixed term contract, but apprentices who have performed well in the educational elements and in Fujitsu reviews, are given the opportunity of permanent job.
