The Opportunity
It’s an amazing time to join Netflix as we continue shaping the future of global entertainment, bringing new stories to millions of people worldwide. To support our growth across the LA region & Hollywood, we are looking for a seasoned Real Estate & Workplace Program Manager.
As part of the global Real Estate & Workplace team, you will be responsible for providing oversight & reporting for all critical and large scale real estate development projects cross our growing LA Campus. You will be the key leader responsible for ensuring real estate programs & projects stay highly aligned and achieve stated goals & objectives. This requires close collaboration & partnership with a wide variety of internal partner functions, real estate, workplace, and design & construction teams throughout all program phases of in-flight projects.
You are genuine, creative, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a demanding & fast-paced environment. You are a leader who can clearly communicate across all levels of internal & external stakeholders.
This Program Manager role will be based in Hollywood, CA and reports to Netflix’s Head of Real Estate, Workplace, and Security.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, execute & deliver on real estate & workplace programs across the LA campus, which will encompass many concurrent projects directly supporting & aligning to the overall real estate goals & objectives.
  • Maintain alignment across individual project stakeholders including real estate, workplace, and respective business functions.
  • Organize & lead ongoing program meetings including project managers, real estate & workplace leadership, and business stakeholders.
  • Closely align with real estate, as well as, design & construction teams to ensure project requirements and deliverables are accurately defined and tracked.
  • Facilitate and lead the development of internal business cases to support a decision or direction.
  • Develop, manage and update an overall planning & development milestone schedule.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience utilizing project management practices and methodologies
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience with change management and program management practices including lifecycles, phase gates, governance, and stakeholder management with the ability to achieve the desired outcomes of the program
  • Proven ability to lead a cross functional team in a diverse and fast paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to address conflict, influence decision making, and foster teamwork across multiple teams and levels in an organization.
  • Ability to clearly communicate updates to an executive leadership team.
