Job Description:
  • Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of project management
  • Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes from execution leaders, provides project management to meet objectives and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes. Manages develops and motivates employees.
  • Develop and maintains budgets, schedules, and program enterprise processes/policies.
  • Maintains daily contacts with senior leadership concerning operational decisions, scheduling, execution, and requirements
Desired Skills:
  • Candidate should have the experience, knowledge, and ability to lead teams of project managers dealing with multi-discipline engineering, business operations, and production projects
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing teams
  • Proven communication and relationship-building across teams & locations
  • Experience managing budgets and schedules
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong Business and financial acumen, experienced with integrated performance management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in similar roles. MBA from a premier institute is preferred
