The AT&T Cybersecurity team is seeking an experienced, analytical, and well-organized Field Marketing Programs Manager to project-manage initiatives across our fast-growing organization.This role is focused on supporting integrated programs for customer advocacy, partner marketing and AT&T Cybersecurity event management activities. A successful Field Marketing Programs Manager will thrive in a multi-faceted, collaborative, fast-paced position.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


● Develop and support execution of field marketing communications projects and maintain weekly field marketing calendar of events and key initiatives
● Promote customer awareness and field sales effectiveness through marketing communication projects.
● Support customer advocacy and customer marketing initiatives including 3rd party review sites, customer communications and webcasts
● Support partner marketing programs including event management, partner portal resource updates, content updates and webcast program
● Assist with the management of field event marketing logistics include supporting event, staff sourcing and development of event marketing materials
● Develop and ensure company-branded giveaways are ordered within budget, maintain an inventory of all items, and fulfill giveaway requests for field activities
● Work within established marketing budgets and track expenses for budget reconciliation
● Work with internal and external partners to ensure creative and other resources are available to support various initiatives.
● Staff customer/partner events; includes occasional travel to partner and corporate events
● Produce error-free written content quickly, accurately and on tight deadlines and serve as a proofreader for other members of the team
● Other duties and projects as assigned

Background
● Minimum 2-4 years managing field marketing or marcom programs with emphasis on partner, customer, and/or event management
● Internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
● Strong time-management and organizational skills and attention to detail
● Exceptional interpersonal and follow-up skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and cross-team organizations
● Projects an energetic, “can-do”, collaborative work ethic and professional business presence
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
● Background in SaaS Marketing is a plus
