Prime Video is seeking a campaign manager to help drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention for Prime Video Channels, the service that lets Prime members add subscriptions like HBO, SHOWTIME, STARZ, and more, all with no cable subscription necessary.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing successful marketing campaigns to drive key customer actions, spanning acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, win-back, and saves across our large and growing service of 150+ channels. The role will accomplish this through managing marketing campaigns on our testing roadmap, both working with central marketing services in a campaign management capacity as they execute, as well as single-handedly sending emails and push notifications to supplement the central marketing efforts when necessary. Additionally, this role will own some lifecycle programs all-up, e.g. re-engagement or dive-and-save.

The successful candidate has digital marketing experience, particularly with email, push notifications, and display advertising, with demonstrated success working cross-functionally across internal and external teams, and delivering results through programs that reach millions of customers, as well as an aptitude for data analysis. Being able to thrive in a fast-moving environment and prioritizing work against multiple workstreams is essential, as is a mind for innovation and learning through testing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Manage marketing campaigns against our testing roadmap to drive engagement, cross-sell, win-back, and saves through briefing and project-managing efforts with Prime Video’s central marketing team.
· Supplement campaigns managed through the central marketing team by sending email and push notification campaigns to customers with the objective of identifying successful lifecycle marketing triggers that can ultimately be automated, driving scale across our service. Activities to execute these campaigns include defining a target audience, briefing our design team on copy and design, setting the campaign up for proper measurement, deploying the marketing vehicles, reporting on results, and optimizing results over time.
· Own one to two marketing programs all-up (in addition to the campaign testing), from ideation through execution, optimizing results over time and reporting on progress to leadership.
· Analyze campaign and program performance and report results to leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of digital marketing experience, especially email and push notifications, and also including display, affiliate, merchandising, social media, or promotions
· Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and multiple campaigns and projects at once
· Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
· Ability to juggle a range of projects across Amazon teams, balancing quality and speed
· Ability to work across channels and report on KPIs
· Bachelor’s degree
