We are looking for a creative, high energy, self-motivated marketing specialist to join a fast paced and exciting new business initiative.  The successful candidate will be responsible for Business Development, Go-to-Market and Partner Engagement for a new business that includes software, hardware and customer experience elements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive the Go to Market strategy for a new business initiative using new and innovative ways to engage broad market customers.
  • Work with our internal sales and channel partners to develop new business opportunities
  • Align with key stakeholders, across Technology Groups, Business Units, Sales and Broad Market teams, to understand key trends, markets, and implications for future roadmap and strategy
  • Identify, engage and develop strategic relationships with key partners.
  • Run promotional and regional training events.
  • Identify and monitor competitive treats, market sensing and monitoring.
  • Develop marketing collateral including web content, promotional material, slides, articles, press releases. Support engagement with media and press associations at trade events.
    Champion the initiative both internally, externally and with partners at events, trade shows and through other engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering and/or Marketing Qualification to Bachelors level at minimum
  • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing, Distribution or Business Development
  • Demonstrated track record of success in:
    • Focus on execution and results – establishing high standards for performance, follow through on plans
    • Focus on the customer and business growth
    • Collaborating with a global mindset and cross-cultural competence
    • Working and aligning with multiple stakeholders across complex, large organisations
    • Applying strong intellectual capabilities and strategic acumen grounded in facts and analyses
    • Applying personal drive, initiative and passion in advocating for key initiatives, generating excitement, energy and collaboration within and beyond own organisation.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce – Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State – Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
