The Power Products Technology Group is looking for a Marketing Specialist Manager who will be required to work with stakeholders across various disciplines – Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Product Engineering.

This person will be required to manage a small team of marketing coordinators/SAP admins and pricing specialist, exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to drive actions and assignments to closure, make decisions and justify them, work within a dynamic team, and collaborate with Marketing personnel and Sales.

This position will comprise of quoting, price/business analysis for all power product portfolios, working with the various Marketing personnel across the power BU to support product life cycle from birth to grave, opportunity follow-up, and supporting the Marketing Directors/Managers and GMs with reporting and specific project needs.

Principal Responsibilities

  1. Respond to quotes for a number of product portfolios, utilizing Vendavo
  2. Research and analyze historic pricing data by account, help collate data to determine the appropriate price to win the business while aiming to protect ADI’s profit margin
  3. For particularly large quote opportunities, collaborate with the Power Product Marketing personnel as appropriate.
  4. Work in close collaboration with Marketing personnel to ensure best practices and consistency for pricing strategy.
  5. Interact with the Contract Center to ensure consistency with pricing on the same or similar products already on the annual contract.
  6. Develop and implement a detailed corrective action plan for the bottom underperforming models of assigned product portfolios
  7. Produce, (or contribute to), PPGTG business reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of experience
  • Strong initiative and judgment skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation, prior experience essential
  • Experience in presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and projects, while adhering to required deadlines
  • Knowledge of SAP, Vendavo, QlikView would e an advantage
