Description

As a Strategic Account Marketplace Operations (MPO) Analyst, you will collaborate across the North America MPO division, Sales, and Supply Chain to holistically facilitate Order Management (OM) excellence. Responsible for performance and implementation around key initiatives and account plans. Accountable for resolving complex customer issues by identifying business improvements and shipping performance to optimize order flow. Proactively engage with internal and external business partners across the Operations, Sales, and account Buying teams to ensure successful OM and delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Seen as an experienced professional in account OM processes.
  • In depth understanding of current processes and systems that impact the life cycle of an order across the Supply Chain.
  • Deliver information based on systems & data analysis (experienced professional in business complexities and expectations of key stakeholders)
  • Own the account Always Available (AA) replenishment order lifecycle, collaborating weekly across Account, Operations, and Sales team stakeholders to ensure account doors maintain a healthy inventory level of Nike product.
  • Work cross functionally with internal and external business partners to implement deliverables on time in full, capturing & chasing product to ensure a full assortment going to the account
  • Monitor and guide the order book to optimize flow by reviewing audit reports and conducting booking reconciliations
  • Seen as a leader among peers, SME in OM processes and well-versed in product knowledge
  • Excellent ability to professionally communicate (verbal/written) to a wide range of audiences across multiple levels of the organization
  • Lead, facilitate, and impact problem solving activities (data gathering, root cause analysis and potential solutions)
  • Collaborate with MPO Specialists on OM implementation (order book overseeing, initiative tracking, and organizational prioritization)

  • MS Office (Work, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • SAP
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of directly related work experience with an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree
