Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Manager

Mayo Technical Staffing is looking for a seasoned recruiting professional to drive a comprehensive Talent Acquisition plan across the US in line with their clients bold growth strategy. The Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Manager will have overall responsibility for bringing in top talent to the organization through an efficient and effective selection process.

This position will oversee the complete lifecycle of recruiting to include candidate sourcing, assessment and selection as well as effectively marketing and advertising for vacancies in the US (and other regions as required). You will work with senior management and hiring
managers across the US to ensure that our recruitment initiatives favorably align to our strategy.  You will also manage a talented team of recruitment professionals and work with them to ensure their ongoing development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the US recruitment team in the creative, efficient and effective delivery of a recruitment service that reaches/exceeds the goals set by the business and complies with best practice and employment legislation.
• Manage and utilize the applicant tracking system (Peoplefluent and Talent Link) in accordance with EEO requirements to enhance the identification, tracking and reporting of qualified candidates.
• Develop a comprehensive strategic workforce plan and acquisition strategy in conjunction with senior management that aligns with the strategy of the Firm and achieves our ambitious growth targets.
• Determine the most efficient, innovative and cost-effective sourcing techniques to meet various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
• Manage assessment center evaluations utilizing best practice tools and techniques, including critical reasoning tests, case studies and competency based interviews.

• Provide effective counsel to leadership in areas of recruitment management, legal framework, team communications and development plans and goals.
• Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers to continually improve the recruitment process, quality of hires and time to fill.
• Oversee the Affirmative Action Plan process, Affirmative Action outreach activity, and tracking/reporting of this information.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with proven experience of managing successful Recruitment teams, dealing with stakeholders across a range of locations, and hiring at all levels, ideally in management consulting or other professional services.
• Demonstrated sourcing experience recruiting passive candidates at all levels within a business, particularly using social media as a source
• Proven management experience with a focus on strong leadership capabilities.
• Experience working within an applicant tracking system, preferably People fluent and/or Talent Link.

Willingness to travel up to 25%, or as needed

Additional Skills and Capabilities:

• PHR/SPHR certification is a plus
• Experience with EEO reporting and understanding OFCCP regulations
• Hard working, self-starter with the ability to develop creative sourcing strategies, determine creative solutions to challenging recruiting needs, and manage high volumes of work systematically.
• Strong business partnering skills and ability to create effective and productive work relationships.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with candidates and at all levels of the Firm.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and must be comfortable speaking in front of large and small group settings
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
