Job Description
Boeing has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Staff Analyst supporting F/A-18 at China Lake Naval Air Weapon Station.

Position Responsibilities:
• Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
• Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
• Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
• Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
• Delivers informational or technical materials
• Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
• Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
• Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget
• Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
• Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
• Develops and deploys localized training content

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience do you have as an Office Administrative or a Staff Analyst
• Experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Typical Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
