WHAT THEY NEED:

As Strategic Program Manager, your mission is to lead the reinvention of our workplace recognition program. You are the driving force behind the growth of the largest employer recognition program in the United States, maximizing the reach and brand strength of the program.  You will interface directly with our 50 regional publishing partners, educating, negotiating, and ensuring that best practices are implemented for the program.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

·       Own the strategic growth of the employer recognition program

·       Reinvigorate the program with 50 media partners and standardize the practices around the program, with a special focus around advertising/event and other revenue-driving opportunities

·       Maximize the efforts of media partners by developing and implementing the ideal promotion playbook

·       Support partners with their event planning and execution, including venue selection

·       Manage sponsorship opportunities

·       Negotiate and renew existing partnership agreements

·       Collaborate with new partner acquisition team to on-board new partners

·       Ensure brand integrity with partners

·       Maintain partner contact directory

·       Travel domestically up to 35%

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

·       7 – 10 years of experience in partner management or account management

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field

·       Experience influencing and driving change across internal and external stakeholders

·       Experience managing complex accounts/partnerships combined with the ability to navigate competing priorities

·       Experience presenting, building relationships and negotiating with internal and external Executive Teams

·       Event planning experience preferred, but not required

·       Experience in the publishing or digital media industry a plus, but not required

·       Experience with Salesforce is a plus

·       Google Analytics experience preferred but not required
