We are looking for a sharp, passionate, customer-centric product marketer to help Coursera for Business continue its rapid growth. In this role, you will partner with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams at Coursera to inform the creation of innovative, high-quality learning products that fit market needs. You will become an expert in understanding our customers and the market to develop our value proposition and inform the product roadmap and priorities.  You will lead the charge in bringing new products and features to market, working with the rest of the go-to-market teams to ensure our customers get these amazing products in their organization and can transform their talent with Coursera for Business.

Your responsibilities:

    • Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new and existing Coursera learning products (courses, Specializations, MasterTrack Certificates, and degrees) to Coursera’s growing customer base
    • Be the expert in Coursera learning products and competing products in the corporate education space, building and maintaining competitive analysis that informs marketing strategies and campaigns
    • Inform product roadmap and prioritization by combining customer, market, and competitive insights
    • Formulate messaging kits and communications for product launches
    • Conduct the marketing orchestra (PR, Events, Web, Social/Community, Media, Design, etc.) and drive execution on world-class go-to-market through cross-functional teams
    • Create marketing campaigns with compelling narratives and excellent storytelling that leverages customer segmentation and targeting
    • Craft sales enablement materials – presentations, sell sheets, case studies, etc.– and train business development teams globally on key features and benefits of learning products

Your skills:

  • 3-5 of years of experience in product marketing, marketing or related function
  • Experience developing product marketing plans, launching products, designing, executing and tracking go-to-market campaigns, with a track record of success and impact
  • Superior messaging and storytelling skills
  • Ability to get qualitative and quantitative insights which you can synthesize into business recommendationsAn analytical approach and great problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced culture, with the ability to learn quickly, think creatively and stay focused and organized while managing multiple priorities
  • Strongly preferred: Direct experience with education/learning products and working with a SaaS product or platform that serves a wide array of customer types and industries
