The Role: Strategic Program Associate
The Location: Hyderabad, India

The Team:S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Strategic Programs & Support (SP&S) team drives corporate visions with a critical, thoughtful, and intuitive eye. This group of professionals provide exemplary support to our senior leaders while supervising projects that impact our employees and clients. This group impresses partners with their ability to lead, collaborate and think critically while performing daily tasks and leading project initiatives.
The Impact:You will have the opportunity to interact with and work alongside driven executives, department leaders and site leadership. As Program Associate, you will contribute to managing communications, internal operational improvements and rewards and recognition programs for our global Content, News & Research Organization. You will partner with the Content, News & Research Program Manager in order to execute on all required administrative and operational needs.
What’s in it for you: The SP&S team works closely with all other internal divisions. In this role, you will gain exposure to the workflows and day-to-day activities of employees in our Market Intelligence Content, News & Research organization as well as other functions. The global SP&S team supports our rapidly-growing business, and thus allows for many opportunities to become involved in various S&P Global programs, events, activities, and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities will be:
- Building, managing and executing Content, News & Research Strategic Programs & Projects.
- Manage the Content, News & Research Intranet space – updates, maintenance, and page creation/assistance along with ongoing communications responsibilities
- Ability to engage effectively with employees and various levels of management as well as clients and communicate challenging topics
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and tasks in flight at once, in various stages
- Help support execution of leadership meetings such as global town halls/Strategy launches, etc.
- Build connections between Data organization and other functions globally

This position will be key in the evolution of our support to Content, News & Research, our team and department. Not only will this person be responsible for essential programs but will also be given opportunities increase responsibility over programs and projects while developing their career.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Executing all aspects of the program such as program planning, requirements definition, communication, and implementation planning.
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to deliver assigned program & ability to drive large scale initiatives with little direction or guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of related experience in a related project, program, or support role
- Ability to initiate and manage communications, recognition & leadership development programs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Data Researcher III or equivalent (Application Associate), to Senior Data Researcher II, Senior Application Associate can apply, only if employee completes 12 months in present designation & division.
