Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience at a consulting firm or equivalent experience working on large projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in designing and implementing new processes resulting in improved outcomes.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; be diplomatic and influence stakeholders, vendors, and international teams.

The Google People Services, Operations function is the services and program management group within People Operations that makes HR stuff easy and intuitive for Googlers. Our global team optimizes people processes, from problem definition to execution. We partner with teams across People Operations and in engineering to bring innovation and technology to the way we attract, retain and grow Googlers worldwide. Google People Services (GPS) Operations oversees the end-to-end global delivery of Google’s HR operations processes, from problem definition, solution design through to execution. We partner with teams across People Operations, Engineering and external partners to bring innovation and technology to the way we attract, retain and grow Googlers worldwide. As a member of the People Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring Googlers have a magical experience beginning when they onboard at Google through to their last day, aligning with our culture and values. You will be focused on implementing innovative, scalable processes and providing first-class customer service in relation to HR and employment matters

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate HR processes; create solutions to business problems to increase efficiency and customer experience.
  •  Collaborate with cross functional teams and key stakeholders to develop seamless operational processes to support Google’s People Operation policies.
  • Ensure the employee data in our HR systems is accurate and reliable
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
