Job Description:

Circuit Card Center of Excellence has a critical, high visibility opportunity for a professional to perform as a Deputy Program Operations Manager in support of our Missile Systems and Space and Airborne Systems customer base. This role encompasses the program interface to over 70 active programs, as it relates to proposals, production, and transition activities and will be responsible for effective communication through the chain of command to ensure proper support to all program needs.
You will leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work across cross functional teams, as well as through multiple businesses and suppliers, to drive resolution to production and delivery barriers. Ability to travel approximately 50% of the required work time.

Required Skills: 

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Production/Manufacturing, or Engineering
  • This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Must be able to travel approximately 50%

Desired 

  • Strong Presentation Skills • Experience in engineering/production environments
  • Experience with SAP/PRISM
  • EVMS Certification or equivalent
  • Experience with engineering design changes
  • Circuit Card Assembly experience
  • Relative experience with SAS or RMS programs
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
  • Ability & Flexibility with travel

Required Education (including Major): 

  • BA/BS degree in a related filed.
