Role Summary:

As Project Coordinator, be responsible for providing project support to project managers, PMO and designers. Responsibilities will include leading small projects that support the Enterprise Solutions business. In addition, this position will be responsible for focused projects that will be determined by the Project Manager. For example purchasing, setting up and verifying 3rd party equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Executing engineering tasks require for delivering Flex Factories
• Delivering customer project critical tasks
• Working closely with the Project Manager and all cross-functional groups to set up and execute the Factory Acceptance Tests
• Supporting the Lead System Designers in setting up Finished Goods and Components in the ERP and PLM systems
• Ensuring compliance with Design History File (DHF) and other QMS requirements
• Managing quality objectives, regulatory requirements, schedules, and program risks and making decisions based on business objectives

Quality Specific Goals:
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
4. Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design
Outputs/Program Deliverables
5. Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma, college course work a plus.
• 1+ years of working experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional project team and an ability to drive project design plans to completion
• Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Excel and MS Project

Desired Characteristics:

1. Minimum 1 year of industrial experience
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant product and/or NPI experience
3. Knowledge of Bio process equipment experience
