Department Overview:
The Program Management Office Center of Excellence (PMO COE) is focused on our partners, team members and execution excellence. We will focus on our partners by collaborating and engaging from the beginning of the Project Lifecycle at Ideation all the way through the Execution and Close phases of a project. We will provide expert council; lead courageous conversations and ensure execution excellence. We will focus on our team members.
About the Role:
Responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in a project life-cycle (initiation planning, executing/controlling, and closing) with good understanding of multiple systems and line of businesses. Responsible for end-to-end program or project management and developing strategy to obtain benefits and controls.
Interact with senior leadership and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for programs or projects in Infrastructure and Data Center areas.
Consult with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets and business cases, including statements of work and vendor management.
Implement program and project level processes, procedures, performance metrics and status reporting, and identify improvements.
Lead business change initiatives across multiple lines of business for the organization.
Experience in working in a specific Banking domain and having handled projects to understand Risks and implications for the line of business
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end program or project management and developing strategy to obtain benefits and controls. Overall exp. of 13 -15 yrs and having more than 8 years of Program / Project Management experience in leading complex projects.
Essential Skills:
Advance knowledge of industry standard Project Management methodologies like PMP
Sound understanding of SDLC in the Banking domain.
Managing program/project-related risks according to the Project Management Policy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong experience in Banking Domain
Desired Skills:
Experience working with global teams.
Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead project teams.
