You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas of pharmacy operations that support UHC Community and State
  • Building Project Plans
  • Coordinating Implementations
  • Scheduling Project meetings and follow-ups
  • Identifying deliverables / milestones
  • Reporting on project status to colleagues, clients and senior management
  • Working with eligibility, provider, and claims data files

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
  • Experience with Microsoft Project (plan, assign resources to tasks, track progress, analyze workload)
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio (diagrams, flowcharts)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, calculations, data manipulation)
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint (create presentations)
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (document management, storage, integration with Microsoft Office)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA / BS Degree (or higher) in Business Administration or Health Care
  • Health Care Industry experience
  • Background in Retail Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management
  • Experience in a highly matrixed organization
  • PMP Certification
