Role Summary:

Recognized as an experienced expert, influences at the manager level on strategic plans, projects and initiatives, and responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the Quality project management function.

Essential Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:
• Responsible for defining, deploying and managing project management related processes and support tools.
• Develops a year plan for its own department.
• Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.
• Communicates across direct organization, presents in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
• Follows frameworks to get through the processes.

Quality Specific Goals:
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
4. Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management).
2. Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Processes and Tools.
