The Role: Receptionist/Administration Assistant
The Location: Dublin
The Team: New Office opening in Dublin, it will comprise of approximately 20 people. Country head, Office manager, 14 Analysts, Finance & Compliance persons. The office will be a high profile office for EMEA. We are located In 28 countries around the world and a history that dates back more than 150 years, S&P Global Ratings provides high-quality market intelligence in the form of credit ratings, research, and thought leadership.
The Impact:This role is front of house, first point of contact for the S&P office. They will filter calls or enquiries to relevant people, teams or departments. This role will be the first impression of S&P.

Responsibilities:Reception desk, meet & greet clients/visitors, room bookings, meeting set up (catering etc), maintaining telephone directories, AA support to analysts, T&E reporting, booking travel, visa’s, Management meeting survey & uploading of notes, Internal electronic filing, general administration for office & Analysts. Assist Office Manager with any adhoc requirements.
What We’re Looking For:.
Basic Qualifications: High school diploma is required
Previous reception experience
Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
Professional phone manner
Must be a self-starter, able to work in a fast paced, teamwork environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet and Windows
